Soizic Humbert and James Sheridan wowed us with their tiny, no-choice restaurant, Canteen, in the heart of the rather tatty but colourful Blackrock Market. They have moved on and Damien Grey is now in the kitchen with Andrew Heron out front. The cooking is brilliant, sophisticated, very much new wave for Dublin. And there’s still no choice.
