Lee Kee is spartan, spanking fresh and clean, cheap and quite devoid of ceremony. If you’re one of those people who equate eating out with dressing up and having a bit of an occasion, forget it. Its main customer base, I’m told, is Dublin’s population of impecunious Chinese students. Us pasty-faced Irish people go there, in small numbers so far, for tangy cooking and a bottle or two of Tsingtao beer.
